Tolga Aksan, M.D. He was born in Edirne in 1984. Having his primary, secondary and high school education in Edirne, Dr. Tolga Aksan graduated from Istanbul Medical Faculty in 2008, which he entered in 2002. In the same year, he started to the Okmeydanı Training and Research Hospital for specialization training and received the title of Specialist Doctor in 2014.
